James P. Bradley M.D.
James P. Bradley, M.D. is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at UPMC, as well as a fellowship in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Inglewood, Calif. Dr. Bradley is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, the Twentieth Century Orthopaedic Society, the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He has published over 160 articles, and over 50 book chapters. Dr. Bradley regularly presents his clinical and research findings at national meetings. Additionally, Dr. Bradley is head orthopaedic surgeon for the Pittsburgh Steelers and co-founded Burke and Bradley Orthopaedics at UPMC St. Margaret. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Bradley has been recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s Top Doctors by Pittsburgh Magazine. He was also recognized as one of the Top 19 Sports Medicine Specialists in the United States in Orthopedics This Week. Dr. Bradley specializes in the care of athletes and active adults, and has extensive experience with arthroscopy and arthroplasty of the shoulder, elbow, and knee.
